Coriander & Chilli Sauce

A simple sauce to make that will take you no longer than 5 minutes - promise! If you love the different dimensions of flavour that coriander brings, this will become your ‘go to’ sauce - and the best thing about it is that it requires no cooking! Serve with Golden Pig & Co dumplings.


  • 1-2 stalks of Coriander, coarsely chopped

  • a knob of Ginger (2cm), peeled and sliced finely

  • 1 Chilli, finely sliced

  • a pinch of Pepper

  • 2 Tbsp of Tamari (gluten free soy sauce)

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil


  1. Place all prepared ingredients into a sauce bowl.

  2. Stir gently and let ingredients infuse for 10—15 minutes.
