Broccolini & Shiitake Mushroom Stir Fry

Gluten free dumplings and stir fry

This broccolini & mushroom stir fry is a perfect crunchy combination of flavours to serve with our gourmet dumplings.


  • 1 Garlic clove, grated

  • 1.5cm piece of ginger, sliced

  • 1 stalk Shallot, thinly sliced

  • 4 Shiitake mushrooms, soaked in hot water for 30mins or until soft

  • 1 bunch Broccolini, chopped

  • 1/4 red Capsicum, sliced

  • Handful of Bean Sprouts

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp GF Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil (optional)


  1. Heat a frying pan with 1 Tbsp olive oil, and add garlic and ginger and shallot.

  2. Slice Shiitake mushrooms and place in frying pan.

  3. Turn heat to medium and add in broccolini, capsicum and cook for a few minutes. Stir in GF soy sauce and sesame oil (optional).

  4. Turn off heat and toss in bean sprouts.

  5. Serve with Golden Pig & Co dumplings. Enjoy!
