Broccolini & Shiitake Mushroom Stir Fry
This broccolini & mushroom stir fry is a perfect combination of flavours and texture to serve with our gourmet dumplings.
1 Garlic clove, grated
1.5cm piece of ginger, sliced
1 stalk Shallot, thinly sliced
4 Shiitake mushrooms, soaked in hot water for 30mins or until soft
1 bunch Broccolini, chopped
1/4 red Capsicum, sliced
Handful of Bean Sprouts
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp GF Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil (optional)
Heat a frying pan with 1 Tbsp olive oil, and add garlic and ginger and shallot.
Slice Shiitake mushrooms and place in frying pan.
Turn heat to medium and add in broccolini, capsicum and cook for a few minutes. Stir in GF soy sauce and sesame oil (optional).
Turn off heat and toss in bean sprouts.
Serve with Golden Pig & Co dumplings. Enjoy!
