What frying pan should I use?
A stainless-steel or non-stick frying pan with a lid.
Will my dumplings stick to the pan?
When using a stainless-steel pan, ensure the pan and oil is hot before placing the gluten-free dumplings in the pan.
Will oil spatter out of the pan?
Before adding water to pan, place the lid on the pan to almost cover and gently pour the water down the side and cover.
What if my pan has excess water?
If after removing the lid there is still water in the bottom of the pan, leave it on medium heat (uncovered) until the water has evaporated, and a crispy base has formed on the base of the gluten-free dumpling.
Why are my dumplings burnt on the base?
Each stove is different, some are more powerful than others, turn the heat to a lower setting next time you cook your gluten-free dumplings.
Can I eat my dumplings on the go?
Yes, simply place the gluten-free dumplings in a container without a lid to let warm air escape and maintain their crispy base.
How does the flavour and texture of your gluten-free dumplings compare with those that are not gluten-free?
The flavours of our potstickers are exactly how you would expect regular potstickers to be - there is no compromise on taste. The dough texture is very similar to the dough used in potstickers that have gluten.
Are all your products gluten-free?
